  We turned up and many tables needed cleaning and wiping. The staff were rushed off their feet and could've done with more people as there was a fair wait at the bar. Possibly an unlucky day! Very good prices though, as standard with the Wetherspoon pubs.

  Food was really good, but service was appalling. Rude staff and just general lack of any care. The pub had many tables with empty plates and mess on them still but hardly any customers so they weren't busy. Staff got both orders wrong and then blamed us, until they realised the staff messed up. Overall experience wasn't good, only redeeming things was the food was nice, good price and nice pub decor/layout.
